Limited Edition 4C Spider marks 50 years of Duetto

Alfa Romeo has launched a limited edition version of the 4C Spider to celebrate 50 years since the launch of the 1966 ‘Duetto’ Spider – as featured in the film ‘The Graduate’.

The 50th Anniversary car will be exclusively available in the UK, and restricted to just fifty examples, each featuring unique styling, carbon fibre detailing and numbered limited edition badging.

It comes equipped with Bi-Xenon headlights, racing tyres, 10-spoke 19” alloy wheels, Alfa D.N.A selector with Race mode technology, and a semi-automatic 8-speed ALFA TCT gearbox.

The interior has a carbon fibre instrument panel surround, sports leather seats with detailed contrast stitching and a matching leather dashboard. Owners will also receive a bespoke Caracalla Limited Edition leather travel bag with stitching matched to the colour of their car.

Available in three classic Alfa colours: Competizione Red (with red brake callipers), Madreperla White (also with red brake callipers) and Giallo Prototipo (with yellow brake callipers), the 4C Spider Limited Edition is capable of 0-62mph in 4.5 seconds.

Naz Jamil, Marketing Manager for Alfa Romeo UK, commented: “The Alfa Romeo 4C Spider exudes qualities that Alfa Romeo cars have been synonymous with for half a century – timeless design, innovative technologies and of course seductive good looks. And the new Alfa Romeo 4C Spider 50th Anniversary Limited Edition is a perfect way for the UK market to pay tribute to fifty years of the iconic Alfa Romeo Spider.”

The Alfa Romeo 4C Spider 50th Anniversary Limited Edition is priced at £67,505 on the road.
