BAC Mono tackles Ice Drive in Sweden

A select group of clients have taken part in the inaugural BAC Mono Ice Driving trip to Åre in west Sweden.

Taking on the frozen lakes of Åre were three BAC Mono sports cars, during a trip which the British company describes as its way of repaying loyal customers.

In intensely cold weather, drivers of various walks of life and skill levels got to experience what a 305bhp, 580kg car feels like on ice. Gaining a raw Mono experience, BAC Co-Founder and Director of Product Development, Neill Briggs, said: “The first Mono Experience trip was an overwhelming success. Our clients are considered our friends, and we are so happy that they became part of a very exclusive club of Mono drivers to have hit the ice. Spirits were high for the duration of the trip and we’re very excited for the next phase of giving back to our loyal customers.”

BAC will showcase the Mono again in May this year, when it will take clients to the Isle of Man for a no-holds-barred festival of Mono fun.
